Associate Account Manager (SaaS)

Focus on building executive relationships, securing contract renewals, and integrating hirify.global tools into customer workflows.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (office attendance required 8 days per month)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of up to 30 customers in the DACH region, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
• Guide customers in adopting and integrating hirify.global into their sustainable procurement processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project managers, decision-makers, and executive sponsors.
• Develop comprehensive account plans and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, sustainability, and operations teams to resolve challenges and identify upsell opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the product management team for continuous solution development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer management, account management, or consulting in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (C1+) in German and English are mandatory.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Sustainability, or Business is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Ability to develop and execute detailed Account Plans.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Polish.
• Prior experience with procurement systems and SaaS platforms.
