What you will do

  • Design and manage enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines for scalable software delivery.
  • Architect secure and resilient infrastructure using Kubernetes and containerization best practices.
  • Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated testing frameworks.
  • Integrate security controls throughout the SDLC to ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS.
  • Serve as a technical lead and mentor for junior and mid-level DevSecOps engineers.
  • Champion AI-assisted development practices and agentic workflows to modernize engineering processes.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps principles.
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and production-grade container orchestration.
  • Experience navigating regulated compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tooling and designing agentic workflows.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to influence technical direction.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
