What you will do
- Design and manage enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines for scalable software delivery.
- Architect secure and resilient infrastructure using Kubernetes and containerization best practices.
- Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated testing frameworks.
- Integrate security controls throughout the SDLC to ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS.
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor for junior and mid-level DevSecOps engineers.
- Champion AI-assisted development practices and agentic workflows to modernize engineering processes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps principles.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and production-grade container orchestration.
- Experience navigating regulated compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tooling and designing agentic workflows.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to influence technical direction.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
