What you will do

• Own operational BI end-to-end, consolidating dashboards for Finance, Ops, and Customer Care to reduce sprawl.
• Deliver actionable analyses on client retention, AI bot impact, and workforce allocation to drive business decisions.
• Model reusable data assets in DBT on top of Snowflake to enable stakeholder self-service.
• Integrate AI assistants into the workflow to accelerate coding and data exploration.

Requirements

• Deep SQL expertise including complex queries, CTEs, and window functions, with experience in Snowflake.
• Ability to translate business questions into specific metrics and actionable recommendations.
• Experience building BI dashboards focused on high adoption and clear metric definitions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills within large, fast-moving organizations.
• Fluent in English
