Data Visualization Lead

TL;DR

Data Visualization Lead (Power BI): Defining best practices and contributing to global dashboards by delivering data visualization expertise. Location: Hybrid role based in Central Paris, requiring office attendance 3 times a week.

What you will do

• Collect and challenge business needs for global use cases related to business intelligence.
• Administer the Power BI Premium instance, including access policy, setup, monitoring, and gateway connections.
• Document best practices and train teams worldwide on Power BI solutions.
• Build and deploy global reports with or without dedicated data visualization experts.
• Co-define the self-service BI strategy according to technical capabilities and security requirements.
• Animate the worldwide Data Visualization community and define governance for Power BI workspaces.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence or equivalent.
• Experience working in a complex matrix organization with transversal management.
• At least 2 years in a Business Intelligence leading position.
• 3-5 years’ experience with Power BI Solution (administration role experience and knowledge is mandatory).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
