What you will do

• Perform scenario analysis and build simulation models to optimize trading fee initiatives.
• Develop and refine software tools, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Engage with IT infrastructure to analyze trading member activity and coordinate project developments.
• Innovate pricing strategies for ETF clients through segmentation and new fee propositions.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team to maximize yield and market share for the ETF business.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Statistics, or Finance.
• Strong proficiency in Python and VBA is required.
• Knowledge of C++ is strongly recommended.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to work effectively under tight time constraints.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
