What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new portfolio manager teams and business builds.
- Manage pre-launch testing, data setup, and trading system integrations to ensure seamless go-live.
- Serve as an operational partner to existing PMs, resolving infrastructure and counterparty issues.
- Lead strategic, cross-functional projects spanning Operations, Treasury, Compliance, and Technology.
- Drive high-priority initiatives such as LATAM expansion and new asset class builds.
- Coordinate with Legal and Treasury on documentation and clearing mandates to enable trading strategies.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in COO, product management, or trading operations within multi-asset trading businesses.
- Hands-on product expertise across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Commodities.
- Advanced analytical skills including Python and SQL.
- Strong understanding of market microstructure, pricing, and valuation.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder influence skills.
