What you will do

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new portfolio manager teams and business builds.
  • Manage pre-launch testing, data setup, and trading system integrations to ensure seamless go-live.
  • Serve as an operational partner to existing PMs, resolving infrastructure and counterparty issues.
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects spanning Operations, Treasury, Compliance, and Technology.
  • Drive high-priority initiatives such as LATAM expansion and new asset class builds.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Treasury on documentation and clearing mandates to enable trading strategies.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in COO, product management, or trading operations within multi-asset trading businesses.
  • Hands-on product expertise across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Commodities.
  • Advanced analytical skills including Python and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of market microstructure, pricing, and valuation.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese required.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder influence skills.
