What you will do

• Process and review full-cycle semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll for US employees.
• Administer benefits deductions, 401K, and HSA contributions within Dayforce.
• Audit timecards and manage irregular payments including bonuses, commissions, and terminations.
• Support internal and external payroll audits and government reporting requirements.
• Maintain payroll documentation and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
• Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll administration.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience with Dayforce (Ceridian).
• Strong understanding of US payroll legislation and practices.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Must reside within commutable distance to the Mississauga office.
• Payroll Professional designation.
