What you will do

• Plan and execute metabolite profiling and identification for DMPK studies.
• Identify drug metabolites using LC-HRMS, NMR, and other analytical methodologies.
• Design and guide both in vivo and in vitro metabolism studies.
• Act as a Study Director or Principal Investigator, serving as the primary point of contact for sponsors.
• Supervise, train, and mentor scientific personnel to ensure optimum performance.
• Write comprehensive reports and present technical findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree with >3 years related experience; Master's degree with >10 years or BS with >14 years related experience.
• Expertise in the use of advanced experimental methods relevant to DMPK, ADME, and bioanalysis.
• Experience handling radio-labeled materials (e.g., 3H, 14C).
• Proficiency in HPLC with radioactivity detection and/or LC-MS/MS.
• Ability to work in a lab setting with exposure to biohazards and common organic solvents.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for reporting and presentations.
