What you will do

• Use SCRUM Agile methodology to deliver software application development unless directed otherwise by the client.
• Develop software applications as web services using JavaScript-capable technologies (or other directed stacks such as Java and ASP.NET).
• Translate user requirements into end-to-end application and database designs, including multi-interface integrations.
• Track, debug, and resolve programming bugs across supported systems.
• Explain protocols and technical procedures clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support security patching, security scans, vulnerability assessment, and the application accreditation process.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Polygraph Required Day 1
• Considerable knowledge of the software development life cycle, including web applications and implementation.
• Proficiency in two or more relevant application or database programming languages for the project (e.g., JavaScript, Java, ASP.NET, Perl, PHP, Ruby on Rails).
• Ability to design applications/databases end-to-end based on user requirements and supporting systems.
• Ability to write clear requirements documents, procedures, reports, and correspondence in accordance with policies.
• Ability to plan goals and strategies, and monitor progress toward outcomes.
