What you will do

• Conduct regular in-person inspections to ensure public spaces, common areas, and units meet cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute cost-effective property improvements and proactive fixes.
• Complete recurring property management tasks by visiting and assessing units; replace broken items and support lockouts and last-minute requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping partners and service vendors, including stocking supplies and supporting guest issue resolution.
• Maintain appropriate supply inventory levels and participate in the preventative maintenance program.
• Drive productivity by completing brand standard inspections, gathering property-level data, and reducing after-hours calls and inquiries.

Requirements

• Location: On-site in the Chicago, Illinois market portfolio
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and regular access to a reliable vehicle for work.
• Comfort using modern technology tools to complete daily operational tasks.
• Hands-on ability to use a toolkit and devise solutions for minor repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to establish and follow streamlined quality-control processes and collaborate effectively with external partners.
• Reliability and willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
