What you will do

• Define architecture and requirements to improve developer productivity across the CI/CD lifecycle and strengthen security posture.
• Architect and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure internal tooling using infrastructure as code.
• Own outcomes for your unit while collaborating with Product teams on feature and infrastructure design.
• Ensure code quality, delivery timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction across your work.
• Manage projects end-to-end: requirements gathering, planning, and hands-on delivery.
• Mentor and coach engineers as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on experience as an infrastructure or platform developer.
• Significant development experience with Python, Groovy, and Bash.
• Deep cloud infrastructure knowledge: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (AWS preferred).
• Experience with containers and orchestrators: Docker, Kubernetes, ECS (or similar).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and IaC (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Terraform).
• US Citizen or Green Card required; must be available during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP, AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI, or RAG solutions.
• Experience with testing methodologies (unit, integration, system tests).
• Strong networking foundations (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, network protocols).
• Security principles (risk management, threat modeling, secure configuration).
• Agile development experience and professional certifications.
