What you will do
- Design and execute customer acquisition strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Influencers, and Affiliate channels.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization to meet acquisition targets.
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rates) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, CRO, Retention, and Product teams to align acquisition efforts with business objectives.
- Manage a multi-million-dollar media budget to maximize ROI based on incremental channel value.
- Lead agency and content production workflows, setting objectives, monitoring ROI, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Requirements
- Remote work eligibility: not hiring candidates residing in Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Washington DC, or Puerto Rico (and other US territories).
- 5–7+ years of increasing responsibility in relevant professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience owning a budget and driving revenue from customer acquisition marketing.
- Experience managing agencies and/or consultants.
- Advanced knowledge of Paid Search and Social platforms, including Google, Bing, and Meta.
- Proficiency with SEMRush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
