TL;DR

Commercial Account Manager (AI/Analytics): Managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across EMEA with an accent on AI-driven growth, customer retention, and strategic expansion. Focus on aligning AI-powered analytics capabilities with business goals, navigating complex matrixed organizations, and leveraging generative AI to scale customer engagement.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (required in-office 3 days per week)

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic enterprise accounts across EMEA, focusing on renewals and "land-and-expand" strategies.
  • Act as a consultative partner to align AI-driven analytics with customer business goals and measurable ROI.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships within complex, multinational, and matrixed organizations.
  • Use generative AI and automation to personalize customer engagement and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Deliver Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and enablement sessions to communicate business impact using AI insights.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Product, and Customer Success teams to execute data-informed account strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of revenue growth and relationship expansion within complex EMEA enterprise accounts.
  • Experience closing large-scale renewals and expansions in multinational organizations.
  • Ability to leverage AI, automation, or advanced analytics for customer retention and growth strategies.
  • Strong consultative mindset and ability to navigate diverse cultural and regulatory environments across EMEA.
  • AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with industry-leading LLMs, prompt engineering, and integrating AI into daily workflows.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
