What you will do
- Load and schedule email and SMS campaigns into CRM platforms, including audience management and creative assets.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure zero compliance or targeting errors.
- Analyze post-campaign performance data to identify trends, fatigue, and conversion opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines and send times to optimize engagement.
- Develop evidence-backed strategy recommendations for future campaign cycles.
- Monitor deliverability and engagement metrics to ensure campaign success.
Requirements
- Fluency in English for professional reporting and copy QC.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM or loyalty platforms like Alpine IQ, Springbig, Klaviyo, or Braze.
- Strong proficiency in marketing performance analysis, including pivot tables and conversion funnels.
- Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM and TCPA regulations.
- Must be available to overlap with US Eastern Time for at least 4 hours per day.
- Attention to detail for execution and intellectual honesty in data analysis.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in regulated industries like cannabis, alcohol, pharma, or finance.
- Experience with dashboard tools such as Looker, DOMO, or Power BI.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Familiarity with HTML or Liquid for email tuning.
- Experience with Canva or Figma for creative QC.
