What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans based on technical specifications.
• Take end-to-end ownership of testing for product features, including regression, system, integration, and performance testing.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and implement data-driven solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure products meet internal quality metrics and external technical and regulatory compliance standards.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to triage bugs and ensure rapid resolution.
• Validate integrated hardware and firmware components and troubleshoot field-reported issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Software Testing.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C, C++, C#, or Python) for debugging and writing test harnesses.
• Experience working in Windows or Unix environments and using IDEs like Visual Studio.
• Fundamental understanding of the SDLC and proficiency with test case management and defect tracking tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Raleigh, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation tools.
• Knowledge of gaming communication protocols (SAS, ASP, G2S, QCOM) or embedded systems.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Prompt Engineering for test case and data generation.
