What you will do

• Operate and monitor the dryer system through the SCADA computer interface.
• Perform equipment changeouts including motors, drives, belts, pumps, valves, and conveyors.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine mechanical servicing, including oil changes.
• Manage chemical storage, polymer applications, and perform sludge sampling with accurate recordkeeping.
• Execute plant rounds, inspections, and operational observations.
• Maintain inventory of parts, chemicals, and supplies while following all safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in industrial environments (heat, noise, confined spaces, heights).
• Pre-employment drug screening required (including marijuana).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial equipment or plant operations.
• Previous experience with SCADA systems.
