Location: Must be based in Europe; field-based role requiring regular customer site visits (typically 2–4 days per week).

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for the biomolecule and advanced therapeutics portfolio, from identification to adoption.
- Build and maintain relationships with scientists and decision-makers in biopharma, biotechnology, and academic organizations.
- Provide technical solutions for protein purification, biologics development, and advanced therapeutic research.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, seminars, and workshops to showcase solutions.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and collaboration with marketing.
- Partner with Product Management and Global Sales to develop market opportunities and integrated workflow solutions.
Requirements
- Degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related life science discipline.
- Hands-on experience with biomolecule workflows, such as protein purification, chromatography, or biologics.
- Must be based in Europe with the ability to travel to customer sites 2-4 days per week.
- Strong technical understanding of cell and gene therapy applications.
- Ability to translate complex scientific challenges into customer-focused commercial solutions.
Nice to have
- Commercial experience selling scientific instruments, consumables, or software within Life Sciences.
- Experience using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
