What you will do

• Manage the procure-to-pay (P2P) process across Benelux markets to ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and related systems.
• Execute payment runs in accordance with internal policies, safeguarding cash flow and vendor trust.
• Proactively resolve invoice discrepancies, unmatched purchase orders, and vendor queries.
• Support monthly AP reconciliations and ensure clean subledger-to-ledger alignment.
• Contribute to P2P process improvement projects, including automation and standardization of controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable, procure-to-pay, audit, or compliance.
• Available for a 6-month assignment (40 hours per week) starting as soon as possible.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• English: Required.
• Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
