What you will do

• Develop and continuously improve QA processes, standards, and risk-based testing approaches.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks using tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Perform manual testing, including exploratory and regression testing for complex business workflows.
• Validate REST APIs and perform data reconciliation against databases using SQL.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve release confidence.
• Partner with developers and product managers to drive bug triage and communicate quality risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience within SaaS products.
• Strong experience in both manual and automated testing for complex web applications.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman and Swagger.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and investigation.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Must be available to work during East Coast hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted QA tools for test generation, automation, or bug analysis.
• Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or multi-tenant applications.
