What you will do

• Address equipment, process, and product issues in real-time to enable continuous 24x7 lot movement.
• Perform error recovery and manage lot disposition within the assigned functional area.
• Support new tool enablement and execute non-standard procedures for development data collection.
• Conduct panel inspections and imaging to gather necessary technical data.
• Manage detailed shift pass-downs to ensure seamless operational continuity between teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field with 6+ months of experience.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in the same fields with 0 years of experience.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis, process characterization, and manufacturing quality systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience applying Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Knowledge of manufacturing process control and reliability testing.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or packaging substrate development.
• Familiarity with metrology tool recipe development and troubleshooting.
