What you will do

• Own the omnichannel copy strategy across email, social media, paid media, print, in-store signage, and digital campaigns.
• Write and refine campaign messaging to balance compelling brand storytelling with performance and conversion.
• Collaborate with Art Directors to shape integrated creative concepts and cohesive brand experiences.
• Evolve and maintain marketing copy guidelines to ensure voice consistency and scalability.
• Lead and mentor a team of copywriters and manage relationships with freelance partners.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Retail teams to translate business objectives into customer-facing narratives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting with a strong focus on brand and campaign creative.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing skills and adaptability across different channels.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring writers and overseeing multi-channel output.
• Deep understanding of how copy functions in digital, social, print, and retail environments.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for balancing multiple campaigns.
• Strategic mindset capable of connecting storytelling to measurable business outcomes.
