What you will do

• Develop and maintain services powering creator earnings, payouts, and monetization programs.
• Write and maintain high-quality code in Go, TypeScript, and other stack languages.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver elegant solutions for complex requirements.
• Architect and operate mission-critical, large-scale distributed systems.
• Improve engineering processes and participate in design discussions and code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering experience.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of independent end-to-end feature delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Go, TypeScript, Ruby, Java, or C++.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, data modeling, and schema design.
• Experience building highly available and observable production systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for high-traffic products.

Nice to have

• Experience as a hirify.global streamer or creator.
• Previous experience in the gaming industry or creator economy.
