Azure Platform Engineer (Fintech): Leading the design and ongoing ownership of the Azure foundation for a municipal modernization program with an accent on IaC-only deployment standards and security compliance. Location: Must be based in the United States and available to work 8:30am - 5:30pm EST.

Compensation: $75 - $90/hr.

• Design and manage dev, test, and production environments with strict separation.
• Establish standardized CI/CD pipelines and reusable templates in Azure DevOps.
• Enforce IaC-only deployment standards using Terraform or Bicep.
• Implement security guardrails including Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, and Key Vault.
• Configure networking, identity, and hybrid connectivity solutions.
• Ensure audit traceability and compliance with FedRAMP Moderate controls.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be based in the U.S. and available during EST business hours.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure in regulated or audit-sensitive environments.
• Proven expertise in enterprise-scale Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Working knowledge of FedRAMP Moderate or comparable compliance frameworks.
