What you will do

• Define and evolve the architecture and technical strategy for the internal platform.
• Lead the design of Azure landing zones and shared services to support scalable application development.
• Standardize infrastructure as code modules and frameworks to eliminate snowflake environments.
• Drive the evolution of CI/CD and deployment strategies for efficient software delivery.
• Partner with engineering teams to promote platform adoption and golden paths.
• Collaborate with SRE leadership to mature reliability practices including SLIs, SLOs, and incident response.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Extensive experience in cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure architecture.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure networking, identity, and compute.
• Expert-level experience with Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Strong background in designing CI/CD pipelines and observability frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction and mentor teams without direct authority.
