What you will do

• Define and develop industrialization strategies to achieve manufacturing excellence across all sites.
• Manage the full lifecycle of industrialization project portfolios, including scope, resources, and timelines.
• Integrate contributions from various functions and sites while managing changes and risks.
• Build business cases to articulate strategic objectives and project execution plans.
• Facilitate governance and workshops with multidisciplinary teams and management stakeholders.
• Implement processes to execute and optimize the industrial strategy.

Requirements

• University or technical degree in Business or Engineering.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in strategic project management.
• Proficiency in both English and French (verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of the aviation industry, products, and technologies.
• Experience working in an international environment with remote teams.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).

Nice to have

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with SAP.
