Focus on defining product strategy, evolving custom solutions into scalable products, and solving complex cross-functional execution across engineering, product, and release teams while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.

What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy for account opening and onboarding solutions.
• Manage products across all lifecycle phases and align with company strategy.
• Handle vendor relationships and align forward roadmaps.
• Scope, plan, and execute work across multiple engineering and product teams.
• Build product business cases using research, industry expertise, and financial knowledge; assess value, feasibility, and usability.
• Communicate product value and vision to stakeholders and coordinate with Success and Sales teams as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Financial services, banking, or fintech experience; account opening/onboarding experience preferred.
• Agile experience across all phases of the product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, design, and financial thinking skills with excellent communication and data analysis.
