What you will do

  • Contribute to quarterly ABX campaign strategy and planning aligned to the events calendar.
  • Build and launch multi-channel ABX campaigns across organic social, paid social, events, outbound, and industry/trade publications.
  • Monitor performance continuously and optimize messaging, creative, and audience targeting based on data and learnings.
  • Draft campaign copy, brief creative requirements, produce performance reports, and manage weekly budget pacing across segments and regions.
  • Own end-to-end management of in-person and owned events, including logistics, attendee outreach, on-site activation, and post-event performance review.
  • Maintain the campaign and events calendars, track budgets, and coordinate pre-event activity with Sales and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS) with hands-on campaign execution and/or events management.
  • Hands-on experience running LinkedIn advertising campaigns (audience build, creative briefing, performance monitoring, optimization).
  • Familiarity with ABM/ABX principles and experience targeting enterprise or mid-market audiences with multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience managing events end-to-end, including logistics and performance measurement against success metrics.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling copy and manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
