About the Role

You will own the end to end sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management You will identify high growth opportunities and build a robust pipeline through multiple channels You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to daily usage You will articulate the product value proposition and tailor a solution to customer needs You will contribute to the go to market strategy and product roadmap and become a product expert on market positioning and solution offerings

Requirements

  • First principles thinking
  • Curiosity about the evolution of global finance
  • Accountability and ownership for your pipeline
  • 1+ years of experience in sales
  • Understanding of wallets and why stablecoins are the future of commerce
  • Ability to communicate with decision makers at multiple levels in complex selling environments
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Degree in finance or business related subject preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the end to end sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management
  • Develop and execute a robust lead sourcing strategy by identifying key target audiences through external and internal sources
  • Build and manage your pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management to maximize adoption
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to daily usage
  • Execute solution based selling to understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition
  • Scale the go to market strategy and product roadmap
  • Become a product expert on market positioning and solution offerings
