Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Mid-Market Account Managers.
  • Define and execute growth strategies across a portfolio of global accounts.
  • Oversee pipeline health, revenue activation plans, and deal strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions, and Product teams to influence roadmaps and growth.
  • Track operational metrics and drive performance reviews to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Canada.
  • 3+ years of Mid-Market sales or Customer Success Management experience.
  • 5+ years of total experience in business development or Customer Success.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams and managing performance.
  • Strong background in HR consulting, leadership development, or L&D.
  • Proficiency with sales systems such as Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English.
