What you will do

• Own and optimize core product areas across the platform, including trading, wallets, onboarding, and staking.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver features and resolve technical issues.
• Navigate real-world constraints related to legal, compliance, and technical limitations.
• Prioritize product development based on impact and drive progress in ambiguous environments.
• Simplify and improve existing user flows to enhance overall usability and reliability.
• Coordinate with marketing and legal teams to support successful feature launches.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience or equivalent hands-on ownership.
• Strong product sense and the ability to simplify complex financial workflows.
• Comfort working with engineers and a solid understanding of technical constraints.
• Ability to operate effectively under ambiguity and make decisions without complete information.
• Clear communication skills, particularly for asynchronous environments.
• Experience with consumer-facing financial or cryptocurrency products is a strong plus.
