What you will do

• Own product discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native features.
• Conduct direct research with daily crypto users to identify frustrations and workarounds.
• Write detailed specifications and manage the product backlog to ship end-to-end features.
• Make data-driven integration decisions regarding chains, wallets, and protocols.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with compliance, marketing, support, and operations.
• Represent the company in crypto communities and at industry conferences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in payments, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Proven track record of shipping products with real adoption.
• Practical experience with DeFi, including vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, and gas dynamics.
• Strong familiarity with wallet UX across both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Ability to manage work across distributed teams and multiple time zones.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for drafting specifications and prototyping.
