What you will do

• Source and evaluate new infrastructure debt investment opportunities for client portfolios.
• Lead transaction activity including analysis, due diligence, negotiation, and execution.
• Prepare investment committee papers and conduct detailed financial and credit analysis.
• Monitor existing infrastructure investments and assess sector performance.
• Manage internal and external relationships with borrowers, counterparties, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to client reporting, investment strategy development, and ESG integration.

Requirements

• Significant experience in infrastructure debt investment (10+ years).
• Strong exposure to infrastructure transactions across Europe/OECD markets.
• Experience in sub-sectors such as transport, energy, social infrastructure, and telecoms.
• Strong financial analysis, credit structuring, and transaction execution skills.
• Sound understanding of investment structures and documentation.
• Collaborative, organized, and self-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
