TL;DR

Global Equities Analyst (Finance): Conducting in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for the Global Equity Income investment strategy with an accent on company research, financial modeling, and ESG integration. Focus on providing actionable investment recommendations, supporting fund managers, and communicating research insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. Must be able to work from the office at least four days per week.

What you will do

• Conduct in-depth due diligence and provide investment recommendations for the Global Equity Income Fund.
• Maintain and update proprietary financial models for existing holdings and watchlist companies.
• Perform sector-based research, including value chain analysis and competitive dynamics evaluation.
• Communicate investment research clearly to colleagues, clients, and other interested parties.
• Assist with ESG integration by assessing material risks for new and existing issuers.
• Support Product Directors and Fund Managers in preparing for client meetings and presentations.

Requirements

• Experience in a buy-side or sell-side research role.
• Proven ability to build proprietary financial models from company filings.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and knowledge of accounting conventions.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building professional relationships.
• Ability to perform under pressure with high standards of numeracy and literacy.
