What you will do

• Manage the full onboarding cycle for merchants from initial review to successful activation.
• Coordinate multiple onboarding projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with acquiring banks and payment providers.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional onboarding and operational stakeholders.
• Monitor onboarding performance to identify bottlenecks and improve internal processes.
• Resolve operational issues and manage escalations impacting project timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-risk merchant onboarding within fintech, PSPs, or payment providers.
• Strong understanding of acquiring, payment processing, and partner flows.
• Practical experience working with acquiring banks and payment providers.
• Experience coordinating projects, processes, or cross-functional teams.
• English and Russian language proficiency required.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases and stakeholders simultaneously.
