SAP FICO Consultant

Location: Remote from Bulgaria, Georgia, or Poland

What you will do

• Participate in SAP implementation and rollout activities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and test scripts.
• Conduct functional and integration testing, including SIT and UAT, and resolve defects.
• Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Work with business stakeholders and other SAP streams to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout projects.
• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA and hands-on configuration experience in FI/CO and SAP Group Reporting.
• Experience with SIT/UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and go-live support.
• Ability to investigate SAP issues independently and propose practical solutions.
• Good understanding of core accounting and controlling processes.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
