SAP Senior Payroll Technical Consultant – Nordics Payroll

Location: Hybrid in Granada, Malaga, Madrid, Barcelona, Espoo, or Warsaw. Workation from abroad is possible for up to 4 weeks per year where hirify.global has a legal entity.

What you will do

• Help international clients optimize and transform HR and payroll processes using SAP solutions.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants on SAP HCM Payroll and SAP Employee Central Payroll projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Nordics Payroll.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll on S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll Control Center, or SAP Time Management experience.
• SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certifications.
• Interest in developing expertise in Netherlands Payroll.
