What you will do

• Build and evolve a cross-platform ecosystem covering mobile, web, BFF, and infrastructure layers.
• Design scalable foundations for health and fitness apps using React Native and modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing to translate business bets into technical experiments.
• Develop and improve AI-agentic workflows to increase team productivity and code quality.
• Create shared platform capabilities, internal tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage native mobile integrations and advanced media experiences, including video playback and HLS streaming.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bulgaria, Hungary, or Romania.
• Strong commercial experience with React Native and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of full-stack architecture including mobile, web, BFF, and cloud layers.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture, modular systems, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern developer workflows.
• Comfortable working in AI-assisted or agentic development environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building white-label mobile applications or multi-brand ecosystems.
• Hands-on backend development experience with TypeScript (Node.js).
• Experience with HLS streaming and native video player integrations (AVPlayer, ExoPlayer).
• Familiarity with OWASP mobile security best practices.
• Experience with rapid iteration methodologies like TDD, BDD, or XP.
