• Design and build production test software, methods, and equipment for new and existing product lines.
• Specify, procure, install, and validate new test systems while maintaining current ones.
• Act as the technical expert for production teams regarding test challenges and process changes.
• Build and evaluate prototypes to provide feedback on quality and manufacturability.
• Manage documentation including test procedures, verification, and team training.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as test yield, downtime, and PPM.

Требования

• BSc/MSc in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in test engineering, production, or industrialization.
• Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• Strong electronics fundamentals with the ability to create and read electrical schematics.
• Experience with vision systems such as Cognex VisionPro or AVT.
• Proficiency in graphical programming tools like LabVIEW or Keysight VEE.
