What you will do

• Coordinate resource schedules and updates to maximize productivity across customer implementation projects.
• Lead complex, high-value multi-product implementation delivery, including project discovery and alignment to customer needs and timelines.
• Translate business requirements into project plans, milestones, and task/dependency tracking to deliver within KPIs.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants, product, and support teams to move projects forward.
• Create and maintain documentation (business/system/functional requirements, process flows, status reports, configuration worksheets).
• Own project execution by monitoring progress, reporting KPIs to internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery with high CSAT.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing and delivering customer-facing projects.
• 3+ years working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Strong background in software implementation.
• Understanding of the PMI framework or a similar project management approach.
• Excellent organization, communication, customer relationship, and time management skills.
• Strong risk management, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Project+, or similar).
• Salesforce experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (business/STEM preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, macros).
• Experience deploying software solutions and working with emerging cloud/hosting/web technologies.
