What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for production issues, system alerts, and support requests.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve incidents in real-time to maintain platform uptime.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure seamless deployment of new code.
• Integrate AI into daily workflows to automate processes and enhance monitoring efficiency.
• Develop and maintain internal tools to strengthen the trading environment.
• Partner with global teams in London and APAC to support 24/7 operations.

Requirements

• Strong ownership experience and a track record of delivering results.
• Experience supporting trading and post-trade systems in financial services.
• Proficiency in Linux environment support and management of large-scale deployments.
• Strong scripting skills including Python, Bash, Shell, or Perl.
• Experience supporting the FIX protocol and understanding of performance management.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with FIX certification and onboarding.
• Knowledge of q and kdb+ databases.
• Familiarity with ITRS Geneos, Control-M, or AWS.
• Experience with NFS, GPFS, and storage device management.
