Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $128,000 - $140,000

What you will do

  • Own the product roadmap for a specific area, balancing new features, user requests, and content debt.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of curriculum specialists, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality classroom solutions.
  • Translate leadership strategy into actionable quarterly plans and initiatives.
  • Set and monitor OKRs and performance metrics to track impact on teacher efficiency and student outcomes.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven workflows to improve team efficiency and user engagement.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirement gathering and backlog prioritization to launch.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 5+ years of experience in product management within EdTech, SaaS, or complex B2B2C environments.
  • Proven track record of shipping features from concept to launch.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint cycles, and user story mapping.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
