What you will do

• Drive strategic activities across solution portfolios, including problem-solving and rationalization of existing designs to optimize solutions.
• Design business models, define associated business processes, and develop operational plans considering economic factors.
• Develop technical content, including detailed requirements and user stories, to guide the design of systems critical to solution activation.
• Lead planning sessions with portfolio leaders and clinicians to document and design improvements to business models and systems.
• Apply LEAN, Six Sigma, and Human-Centered Design frameworks to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Perform root cause analysis of complex problems and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Consulting, Business Strategy, or Business Analysis roles.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania, USA.
• Strong knowledge of Business Process Modeling concepts and their application.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Ability to use statistical assessment to quantify opportunities for process optimization.
