What you will do

• Act as the global business owner and system architect for the TcPCM platform.
• Define and execute a multi-year digital product costing platform roadmap.
• Standardize costing processes, data governance, and calculation methodologies globally.
• Interface with engineering, procurement, operations, finance, and IT leadership to ensure cost transparency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and system integrations across the enterprise.
• Translate complex technical and cost insights into executive narratives for VP and C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business-related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in cost engineering, manufacturing, or product costing.
• 5+ years of proven experience with TcPCM, Teamcenter, and SAP.
• Deep understanding of automotive manufacturing cost structures and product lifecycle.
• Fluent in English language.
• Proven leadership in cost transformation programs at an executive scale.

Nice to have

• Tier 1 electronic system experience.
• Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA.
• Experience with multi-year global enterprise rollouts.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional or matrix organizations.
