What you will do

  • Plan and execute cross-channel paid media campaigns under the Director’s strategic guidance.
  • Manage digital advertising across platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable reporting using analytics tools.
  • Advise internal teams on paid media and digital best practices; lead execution of relevant tactics, including paid creative production.
  • Collaborate with strategists and creatives to ensure integrated execution across channels.
  • Perform light SEO performance monitoring and reporting to inform content and media decisions; use AI-enabled platform features for optimization where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in paid media and digital marketing, including hands-on campaign execution and reporting.
  • Experience managing paid media on social and search platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and platform-specific dashboards.
  • Ability to recommend and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Federal government experience strongly preferred.
