What you will do
- Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy, including adoption goals, governance, and business impact measurement.
- Lead and develop the Business Intelligence, Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI enablement teams as a unified organization.
- Prioritize and oversee machine learning initiatives, including pricing optimization, risk prediction, and search relevance.
- Own the health, scalability, and governance of the modern data ecosystem.
- Partner with Legal and executive leadership to establish ethical AI standards.
- Collaborate across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to deliver high-impact data solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading data, analytics, machine learning, or AI functions.
- Proven track record of scaling teams and managing managers.
- Demonstrated success implementing AI solutions at organizational scale with measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of modern data platforms, ML workflows, and responsible AI governance frameworks.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present to boards and simplify complex technical concepts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (implied by US-specific benefits like 401k and health insurance).
