What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide data and AI strategy to support clinical and operational goals.
• Architect and implement scalable data platforms using modern ecosystems like Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models and GenAI solutions in a regulated environment.
• Establish robust data governance, security, and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and PHI protection.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team of data engineers, scientists, and analysts.
• Partner with executive leadership across Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams to drive data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in data, analytics, or AI leadership roles.
• Proven track record of building enterprise-scale data platforms and leading AI/ML initiatives in production.
• Deep expertise in data governance and security within regulated industries like healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
