What you will do

• Lead the full machine learning lifecycle from research and hypothesis testing to production deployment.
• Design and develop scalable ML systems, including data annotation and processing pipelines.
• Integrate ML models with existing backend infrastructure and contribute to system architecture.
• Monitor deployed models to ensure performance and address issues like concept drift.
• Mentor team members and participate in onboarding programs.
• Automate repetitive tasks and communicate technical findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Tbilisi, Georgia.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and core data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Deep expertise in classic machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Proven experience with MLOps practices, system design, and maintaining production services.
• Strong understanding of software system design and experimental design principles.
• Solid grasp of security, risk, and control concepts in production environments.

Nice to have

• Academic background in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or Mathematics.
• Proficiency in specialized ML domains like NLP, Computer Vision, Tabular ML, or Graph Neural Networks.
