What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the global End-user Services team while evolving the operational model.
- Oversee day-to-day support, service desk performance, and vendor management for global offices.
- Manage the lifecycle of endpoint devices, including provisioning, security compliance, and asset management.
- Own the administration and reliability of collaboration platforms like Teams and Zoom.
- Plan and deliver end-to-end IT projects, including device refreshes and platform upgrades.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards to report on KPIs, SLAs, and CSAT metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in end-user IT services, including 4+ years in a people management capacity.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) fundamentals and customer experience practices.
- Hands-on experience administering endpoint ecosystems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and productivity tooling.
- Proven ability to manage operating and capital expense budgets and communicate effectively with executive leadership.
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating endpoint security tooling like EDR and vulnerability management.
- Familiarity with enterprise conference room solutions and standards.
- Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Intune, or Atlassian.
