What you will do

• Lead the architectural design and evolution of asset and configuration management within ServiceNow.
• Define enterprise-wide asset tagging, metadata standards, and lifecycle governance policies.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and security scanners.
• Drive the roadmap toward autonomous asset management and self-healing workflows.
• Establish service mapping initiatives to ensure visibility into application dependencies.
• Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to communicate infrastructure risk and financial exposure to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT Infrastructure or IT Asset Management, with 3+ years in a lead or architect capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Proven ability to design and enforce enterprise-wide asset governance frameworks and data quality standards.
• Solid understanding of multi-cloud environments and cloud-native resource management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional adoption of standards through influence.
• Must be based in Ireland; role is not eligible for sponsorship or relocation.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Discovery, Service Mapping, or Hardware Asset Management.
• ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certification.
• FinOps Certified Practitioner or equivalent cloud financial governance experience.
