What you will do

• Lead the development of real-time geospatial database content for simulation and training systems.
• Design, develop, and implement geospatial solutions within a collaborative environment.
• Delegate work tasks and provide oversight and guidance to a team of developers.
• Manage projects through the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to customer acceptance.
• Collaborate directly with customers and ensure solutions are consistent with organizational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Earth Science, a related Engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
• Strong expertise in ArcGIS, Photoshop, and 3D modeling software such as 3DS Max or Maya.
• Background in Image Science, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, or Geo-Imaging.
• Proven ability to lead team development efforts and manage project schedules.

Nice to have

• Experience in both Windows and LINUX development.
• Knowledge of Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management.
• Proficiency with Global Mapper, Erdas, or FME.
• Experience authoring white papers and technical presentations.
